Return Policy
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. You will need to contact us requesting a return. Provide the order number and a description of why the item is being returned. If any further info is required someone from our team will follow up.

Item Condition:
All items must be returned with the original tags still intact as well as with the clear garment packaging with SKU label. If these conditions are not met you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or the return/refund may be denied. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Once the return has been initiated and approved the item must be shipped within those 7 days.
Non returnable items:
All swimwear is non returnable
All jewelry is non returnable
All body suits are non returnable
Exceptions:
Items damaged or flawed may be returned/refunded upon approval after the request has been submitted
Once your refund has been processed an email will be sent to you with the decision. Please allow 5-7 business days once the returned item is received for processing.
